A player who is breaking through all shackles is the 16-year old who won the Singles & Doubles Title at the Sub-Junior Nationals at Dehradun and won Doubles Bronze Medal at the Youth Commonwealth Games at Pune. Sai also won the Team Bronze Medal at the Junior World Championship. At his international outing in 2009, Sai already reached Semi-Finals at Singles and Quarter Finals in Doubles at the Junior Dutch Open.
